A few years ago, Medius acquired Expensya. Since then, we've been doing the deep work: integrating the product, aligning the technology, and making sure the two teams actually fit together. That part's done.

The name and the website are now catching up to what's already true. Expensya has been part of the Medius suite for a while now. The change to Medius Expense and the rebranding of the website makes that official. For now, the look and feel of Expensya.com match the brand change. In the Fall of 2026, we will integrate Expensya.com into Medius.com for a single, unified online experience. In. the meantime, continue browsing Expensya.com as you always have!

What's changing?

The name, logo, colors, and some URLs and email addresses are updating to reflect the Medius brand.

The product itself isn't changing. All features, workflows, and data remain exactly as they are.
